As you remember Patreon support center contact us and kindly ask to remove this feature:
"We recently revised our Terms of Service and have taken a harder line against reward levels that involve raffles, giveaways, or chances to win content. The main reason for this is to better protect the patron community from fraud (we've seen quite a few of these cases, unfortunately) and to make sure we are in accordance with state gambling laws."
But don't worry, from next month you still will be able to have chance with your character but by voting system:

- Vote
That's it! :D
But here's one problem - I guess everyone will vote for own choice, so we can make voting for 5$ patrons as well, what do you think about it?
Also, with next update of GoT we will introduce new rewards and new tiers.
