Name for an eccentric interior designer

She creates an office for Jasmine at the penthouse.
Sunlight touched on walls that were deepest black without a lick of gloss to soften them. Even the ceiling had been painted to create an insulated, cavelike experience that was a stark contrast to the rest of the penthouse. She thought the interior designer would play it safe with neutral colors, elegant furniture… Maybe a unique wallpaper to give the space some personality? She assumed the office would tastefully blend in with the luxurious penthouse in the clouds.
She was wrong.
