Release new part

the new part is now ready for download.
As mentioned in my previous post, use a save with anal enabled if you want to see that content in this part. And also if you switch between normal and special version, use a save of the same version to avoid bugs or start a new game.

Also this part has a bit of an abrupt end in the middle of the day. Sorry about that. There wasn`t really a good way to avoid that. The next part will continue right where this one ends.
