About the MV, Tinn asks Gun if he’ll cross the line or if Tinn has to do it instead in reference to the lyrics of the song. You should also watch the cast reaction to the mv, it's really fun, and Fourth got so excited about the Tiw/Por scenes and Sound/Win too. The badmington players are women ;) And if you watch the original MV, you'll see that Tiwson was right about the one take playing badmington. In the original, it's the same take replayed over and over from different angles so if Sound and Win had watched it, they would have known it was no use training XD Just being friendly is one of my favorite covers they did on the show, it's such a great song too. And I've been listening to Tilly Birds ever since Bad Buddy lol, their songs are so good! Loved you're reaction when Gun didn't get it at the beginning XD Oh, the frustration was real this episode. But it turned out that Gun was scared to hope it was him, which, my heart... When he tells Por he's scared of hearing the answers as they go through the different questions. Gun was thinking about Tinn so many times this episode and even his friends noticed, boy is just as gone as Tinn. If only that rule didn't exist... I love the scene when they talk about memories. The directing choice of having them imagine they're on the same bed as they talk, that was so well done! It adds more to the poignant feeling of Gun talking about missing his dad, imagining Tinn comforting him and Tinn feeling helpless on the phone and also imagining holding Gun. Also, Gun's line about losing someone close and them taking your hearts with them when they go... so true... This entire scene is so well acted, directed, and I love everything about it. The scene by the pool (love how the episode started at the pool and ended there too) is so beautiful too. Both of them finally communicating properly after all the doubts during the episode. Tinn's reaction when Gun admits his feelings too. Tinn saying he's going to hit on Gun, oh I was so ready for that! Also, the friendzone being crossed and the music in the background, perfect. Tiwson as usual best friend, best wingman and now also best director and problem solver. The scene when Tinn is being so dramatic with his crying, that was so funny. Gemini has great potential for comedic acting and I hope he gets a silly comedic role in the future. (Fourth is great at it too). "Friend my ass!" 🤣🤣 still so funny. And the 'broken' in the crossword XD Oh Tinn... He's so dramatic XD Tiwson also introduced us to a new pair with all his shipping comments about Sound Win. Not going to lie, when these two argued about who should play the one who liked the other, the bickering reminded me of Pat and Pran XD Sound is actually a softie! The way he looked when he touched his lips after filming the 'kiss' with the medal. Like Tiwson, I started shipping!! Can't wait to see your reaction for more of them :) And Tiwson even gets his own pair and we Tiw/Por shippers since episdoe 2 all cheered ! Fun fact, they play the noodle shop couple and in the original MV, it's that couple who actually gets together as more than friends. Mark kept teasing the fans saying there was nothing going on, but Ford (Por) was the complete opposite, posting cute pics of himself and Mark on twitter. Other fun fact, not really related to the episode but to Mark, he was a professionnal Badmington player but from what I understood he prefered focusing on acting. But he's a really good player. You asking who you prefer between Tinn/Gun and Heart/Li Ming.... nope not possible to choose. I love them both equally. Even acting wise, I think both pairing gave us great acting from Fourth and Gemini. It's definitely on the heavier and more emotional side with Heart and Li Ming but Tinn and Gun also have their emotional moments. There's plenty more to come in the future episodes. I know you don't skip the intro (hehe, you joined us listening to the songs on Spotify already :D) but definitely don't skip the next one and the one in episode 10 ;) Can't wait for the next episode and your reaction to what comes next :)

2023-07-04 15:06:00 +0000 UTCLove this episode! Yeah we did see Tinn's contact name for Gun this ep, but they will show it again in future episodes so I'm sure you'll catch it then. And I totally get finding it hard choosing between Heart & Li Ming and Tinn & Gun, especially since both couples only get better and better as the shows progress... Tinn and Gun get a lot more screen time and general development, so on that front I guess they're better, but Heart & Li Ming are kinda just hard to beat somehow anyway? Even if it's just by a little bit. I remember watching both shows at the same time and not knowing which couple I preferred, and then the quiet scene at the beginning of ep 4 of MLC happened, where Heart and Li Ming wake up in bed together and they're just so carefree and playful with each other... and I decided I preferred them haha and it still holds up today after having watched both shows multiple times. But like you said, choosing between them (and the two series in general tbh) is NOT easy! They did base the mv in this episode off of a real one btw like you guessed, and the song they do is a cover of the song from that mv. so in case you're interested, because you kinda seemed to be, here's the link to the original mv and song: https://youtu.be/AJEoJYgktb4
