Convo on arranged marriage was interesting. Often times i think they can be happier because in those cultures divorce is frowned upon so the commitment to one another is stronger leading to better communication, stronger love, a better relationship. The option to leave ruins so many marriages cuz people feel they have an out and don’t have to work at it (there’s exceptions ofc)

Men can choose to be with other women and still be married and in the cultures we are talking about? Women don't have as much freedom as men. So yeah. The reason divorce is so high is because women can CHOOSE and 70% (on average) of divorces are instigated by women. Arranged marriages work and the woman is happy because she literally doesn't have a choice bro
