Going through my binge of episodes so idk if you’ll see this but I don’t care about putting this here. I’m a masochist and for me I get a sexual release from the adrenaline of the pain on top of the normal sexual release from sex. So like a mini climax from pain and then the normal big climax. It doesn’t make it longer but I definitely enjoy it around 10x more than when there’s no pain. If you do see this and still wonder I hope that helps. :)
