Ceran Bits & Progress!

More progress on this sheet that I swear I am FINISHING! I kept putting it off, choosing instead to aim for lower hanging fruit, but I really need to stop beating around the bush and get this man solidified. It's always awkward when folks ask me for a reference sheet and it's been an eternal "WIP." A lot of it is my own quibbling and nitpicking, always trying to get him this level of "perfect" that is not obtainable. BUT! Now? Worst part over! The default reference poses always feel like the most daunting task because it's meant to be your baseline. He's thick and brawny, wide shouldered triangle torso, but not so densely packed that he can't be quick on his feet (usually)!

I think the layout / background will end up being the most fun, purely because I'll basically be in "decorating" mode. I've been putting in a lot of thought into character sheets because I want to make ones that have more "staying power" for usage. Something as an accurate reference, but also captures their vibes and personality, what little interests make them "them." Ceran tends to have a bit of "lovingly weathered beach city" kind of energy, seen better days and can do with some sprucing, but comfortably charming all the same! Lots of plants, lots of oceanic accoutrements, probably a lot of boho pillows on the floor.

Want to get these WIPs shared to start off the month before I start moving to the usual polls and pin-ups! Apologies for the slow start up, know that a lot of life has been happening to me at once but I don't forget to keep you you all in the loop. I'll be refreshing the suggestion thread soon, so think up some things you wouldn't mind seeing from me in the meantime! With it being Pride month, I feel the need to really step it up with some obligatory pride porn pieces, so those will be fun for us to workshop. 💖
