one more thing Ive been getting so many messages asking for donations or a go fund me and firstly thats so amazing how you all care about me, but its tottally ok! I had medical insurance which covered everything, and for the bike, well its not that bad, NO IT WASNT KIWI THANK GOD ill update you guys on it later, but just being a member to the LR or the NSFW tier helps out so so much, thank you my pretty online girlfriends/boyfriends/themfriends? is that a thing im not sure but my intent was there SORRY

2025-02-20 08:22:39 +0000 UTCI'm sorry to hear about what happened but stretching is important as long as you don't push yourself past your limits. I really hope you're healing up well. Make sure to ice and apply heat when necessary. Stay well rested sweet boy, you need it to get better and to feel better. I was in the hospital last year and napping was necessary so make sure you take plenty of naps and don't forget to take pain medication when you need to. Don't worry about recording anything for us, we just want to make sure you're ok and doing well

Listen to your doctor and Ryan and I am happy you're back at home. Thank you Ryan for the recording while looking after Aushen. He needs to not move too quickly too soon after falling off his bike. I have experienced this myself. Mine happened falling off my trail bike on a motorcross trail I had whiplash and I also witnessed similar accidents with my male friends that ride bikes and helped with their recover. Ryan use a hot or cold pack on Aushen's neck for 15 minutes every 3 hours for his whiplash. If you don't have a cold use a large food baggie and put 3-4 large ice blocks and freeze and then wrap it in light towel. Don't apply ice directly on Aushen's neck with out the towel.
