swings for children - no. However, this swing is used by Sims of all ages in the default game. Adult characters use them absolutely as well as teenagers or children and their category in the game is outdoor activities but not the children stuff. By this logic - the bathtub is a normal place for sex? Or toilet? Or single bed? Or desk? All this is used by children as well as adults.
