Poison and radiation define the world in the latter half of the 21st century. Humans survive only in scattered underground enclaves. The remnants of a world government has devolved into tyranny. The only other faction left is the Volkoff Corporation, fanatics who believe that only a purge of all "inferior" genetic stock can save the human race.

In the irradiated wastelands between the last strongholds of humanity operatives of the world government organized into expendable units called CAT squads face off against disposable Volkoff death commandos. The environment in which they fight is so deadly that the slightest tear or puncture in a woman's protective suit means a slow but certain death. Hours of agony as the acid, poison, and radiation ravage the combatant's body. Rather than face this end they will finish themselves off if they are wounded in combat.

For this reason the operatives of both sides are either women with perfect bodies trained to the highest pinnacle of physical and mental prowess and mentally conditioned to a state of absolute fanatical devotion... or they are grotesque corpses drowning in pools of toxic acid...
