No sweat in that case! I actually went looking last night, and I earnestly couldn't find any. It might have to be a case of adapting existing spacesuit designs to something that might fit. With liberties taken for fetishism, of course.

However between the two, I think combat in vacuum would be the best option, fatal depressurization is just so visceral like that.
