"I'm not seeing any opposition from down here," Their controller tells them a few minutes into their patrol. She sounds bored, and that bodes poorly for their long-terms survival prospects.

"I'm going to take you two above the canyon rim and see what we see," She concludes.

She watches on her HUD as the vitals of her Kites spike, but even more immediately than that the Controller FEELS their bodies tense with anticipation at this dangerous, perhaps even foolhardy decision on the Controller's part.

"I know what you're thinking," The Controller purrs at the Kites, who can't even voice their own thoughts without a supreme act of will to overcome their remote control. "That every enemy patrol in the Operational Zone will be able to see you, and you'll be engaged in no time..." She purrs as she fingers her engorged clit through the wisp of her skintight emergency vac suit.
