She wears a scarlet top with elegant long ruffled sleeves, a black skirt, and thigh-high stockings. Dazzling green earrings match the color of her eyes. She flashes an equally dazzling smile.
Her outfit was intended to be a crossover between FE3H and Persona 3 (like Mitsuru's uniform, but with Dorothea's fashion flair), but I'm not sure I entirely succeeded. At the very least, the outfit suits her, I think! :)
