I like it how Moon Young clutches Gang Tae's shirt really hard and asks him to leave, and Gang Tae notices that and says "Okay I won't leave." Like it shows she actually didn't want him to go and he understood. Also that mama mia car reminds me of Veronica. And the scene where Gang Tae remembers about his mom always makes me sad and cry, like how David said, I'm happy but its sad.:(

Our perspective will always be limited, so its better to see the good and let go of the hurt. And indeed cheers to all mothers who in some moments are annoying or feel like they give less to their children but in the full run of the story have worked hard to protect and care for their kids👏🏾💖💜💖💚💖

2021-05-23 14:47:46 +0000 UTCI would say that this episode focused on how you should let go off the past and what’s holding you back. The patient realised that her daughter was dead and let go off the shawl. I would say that it symbolised her guilt and regret. Moonyoung cut her hair. Her mother always told her not to cut her hair. The act of cutting her hair of I would say symbolised her letting go of her mothers grip on her. From what we’ve seen the mother was controlling and Moonyoung didn’t have power over her own life. When she cut her hair it was like she was saying “I’m my own person! I’m gonna live my life my own way from now on!”. And lastly Gang-Tae is slowly letting go of the resentment he had for his mother through realising that what he remembered wasn’t the whole truth. This drama throws us for an emotional rollercoaster with every episode. The last episode was more gloomy while this was more healing. Next episode I have no idea which direction it’s going. I’ll probably watch it today 😊 I hope you guys have had a great week and good luck with the moving! It’s gonna be so interesting and weird to see a new background 😂

2021-05-23 11:31:41 +0000 UTCThe part where Gang-Tae remembers the full story breaks my heart. Because I can kind of relate to it. You want to believe something and that makes you repress the part of the memory that says otherwise. He believed that his mother only cared for Sang-Tae so much to the point where the memories of their mother caring for him became suppressed. When he came to the realisation that it’s not the case I can only imagine the blame he put on himself for resenting his mother… That scene made me bawl my eyes out so I completely understand why you guys almost cried.
