I mean look at The Weeknd, he had one of the best albums in 2020 but wasn't even nominated ?? its messed up but there's nothing we can do about it

2021-03-16 23:15:59 +0000 UTCThis year's Grammys was a complete joke. First of all BTS were just nominated bc of the backlash the Grammys got last year bc they weren't nominated at all. They weren't nominated bc of their outstanding talent, their great music, their commercial success or their impact on people. If that would've been the case, they would've been nominated in one of the major categories. It was a scam from start to end. They shut us down with a nomination but they never intended to give them an actual award. As you said...they bring viewers...that's why they were performing second to last. I am still pissed about the whole situation. What broke my heart the most was, that they had to stand by on a livestream...in case they would win an award. They got filmed during the announcement. When they lost Namjoon said "I told you"...they knew from the start that their chances were at a bare minimum and that is the saddest part. Hope you are doing great. Nice to see you together again. Love you guys ππ

2021-03-16 15:22:43 +0000 UTCI am very disappointed that they didn't win...the announcement for the top duo/group is during the pre-show which is starting like 3am in my country and 2am in Korea ππ The boys must have been awake since then...but the things that broke me the most is when I wake up to Jin's post on weverse saying that "I love you Army" and then yoongi posted that "we will work harder", it hit me they didn't win. Seeing them comforting Army knowing we are gonna be disappointed too make me feel devastated. But, to me BTS is really is the winner...i dont know what criteria for grammy to pick the winners but with the number of sales whether it is physical or digital, the streaming, the number of views on youtube, and the sold out stadium, this just prove they dont need an award validation to know that they worth it.

It's also about constantly being disrespected and used by these shows for views and marketing! The Scammys used them for weeks even months to promote the show and making it seem like they were gonna win! They made them stay awake and watch! Every hate comment and the shit storm they are getting is well deserved!! After the announcement bts constantly tweeted and posted on Weverse to tell us that it was okay and that they love us. They knew that we would be fuming and tried to calm us down. To make it even sadder, in the vlive the boys had after the show ended you can see that they had two different cakes ready, one incase they won and one if they didn't... And RM mentioned an article posted by Dispatch (hate them!!) were it said that their first grammy nomination was a fail... WTF!!! RM said they they don't view it as an fail and will only try harder next year... Pls don't try harder the Scammys ain't worth it! They only "fun" part is that the view count went down from 1.2 million to around 500k after the award announcement. They bragged about getting 12.6 million views on the Premier ceremony while JK had 10 million people wait form him to get back from the bathroom... Makes sense that they used us since we make up 95 % of the view count! Twitter was a complete mess during and after the show but also quite hilarious because people kept making memesπ

Btw the grammy hit a all-time low viewer rating :D well the scammys don't respect bts so yeah. Karma is an army I would say. I would love if you would react to their vlive after that it was really heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. The guys are the most hardworking people I know and yeah. Since Yoongi said they want to win in 2022 I would say it goes according to plan. And I hope they demolish the scammy stage in 2022 with a korean Album/song :) Love you guys!
