[He Is Psychometric] EP.10 | NSD REACTION

Comments

Sorry for the long post but I have so many thoughts after this episode lol They never talked about what happened to her dad. He was only going to improve his skills and help her to see what’s in her memory to clear her dad’s name. And he never told her how his parents die. Only when she fell on the ground she remembered they met in the past and who Lee Ahn is. If they knew, how could Jae In use him, his feelings to her, and his ability to help her? That would have been so selfish, considering she doesn’t even know if her dad actually did it or not. Asking the son of the victims of your dad’s potential murder crime to help you? Even if he might be innocent, he could be guilty as well. Even tho she said his dad was “framed”, but can you imagine how many people he saw through his ability that did terrible things before - their families must have said the same exact thing. “My dad would never do that, he is not like that! He must be framed!” Most people trust their families are innocent, but just like what Lee Ahn said in response: many were not. That’s why he was so disdained when he heard Jae In said “My dad isn’t someone like that” and responded to her “that’s your reason to believe him?” Because “trusting your family without actual evidence just because you don’t think they are so bad” to him is the most ridiculous and ironic “joke”. People hide behind their masks to do the ugliest dirtiest things while their families would still trust them just because. And like he said, her dad was even the first one who taught him humanity is ugly and you cannot trust anyone. So it makes complete sense that he thinks Jae In’s reason in believing her dad was foolish. He was finally ready to take his hands out and have more faith to trust in humanity, what Jae In revealed just slapped the reality right back at him. All the ugly things he saw when walking pass the strangers were a proof that most family don’t know their darkest secrets and Jae In’s trust in her dad wasn’t even based on a “real” evidence. So it was so ironic that he is now putting his hands back into his pocket. It symbolizes he is taking back his trust in human. Like he said in front of his parents’ grave, he knows it’s not Jae In’s fault, not just deep down he knows, he said that out loud. But for his parents death alone, he knows he should be mad, that’s the least he could “do” for his parents but he was still considering Jae In’s feelings and felt sorry he has failed and disappointed Jae In. It makes me I feel so sorry for him. Like someone please, go give this poor kid a hug or something. He is so lonely but still thinking about others first. I actually thought Lee Ahn can be and should be upset at least once for himself. From ep1 til now, we have never seen him actually doing something for himself. He always puts everyone’s emotions and well being before his. He was willing to literally die for his hyung and Jaein (or basically his whole life’s purpose is to help them). Like for once, world, let him be emotional at least once lol. No one really has been considerate to him. I mean, they knew he can fight so he must protect Jae In? When he was just a school kid? He is not a police nor professionally trained. Then him passing out when performing psychometric, nor when he got stabbed at the hospital. Hyung and Jae in got close to him with some kind of purpose to use him or needed his support. He never complained and he wanted/is happy to be used. He was always the emotional stabled support to Hyung and Jae In. And the thing is, the writer didn’t show how Jae In feel bad for Lee Ahn. She was mostly being sad because Ahn “broke his promise” instead of considering him and his feelings. She was feeling sorry for those who lost their families every year but not Ahn? I just remember I felt so upset that people were so mad at Lee Ahn and said he should apologize. Lol I get Jae In is a victim, but so was Lee Ahn, if not even more. He lost both his parents, gained this crazy ability to see the worst in humanity, being bullied all these years and even Seongmo abandoned him for many years. He literally had no family no friends besides Jisoo growing up. I just hope people can at least stand in his shoes to think about this for once. And before anyone is showing support to him and his feelings, he is now the savior AGAIN. Seongmo is again asking Lee Ahn (who’s just a regular citizen who can fight better) to save Jae in and her needing to be saved. Give this kid a break lol ————— I was really impressed by Jinyoung’s acting. The way how his eyes switched from warm to lost, to disdain and cold when he said “that’s the reason you trust him?” at the confront scene. The lonely walk among the strangers. Also the shouting on the bridge, that emotion was so raw and powerful. No wonder the director and writer waited 5-6 years for Jinyoung to act as Lee Ahn. He really gave the supposedly fluffy and optimistic character so much depth.

Hello! Really busy with school so I don't have too much time for comments but just wanted to say I hope everything is okay with your family David! Can't wait until next week because the story is finally unraveling and soon you will know everything! Everything will make sense soon and we are closer to solving the mystery. Also hi Kevin (didn't want you to feel left out)! Also yay my favorite episode is next! I'm so excited!

Gigi Lai

OOH It's about to get wild lol. The drama officially begins to unravel but also make you freak out over revelations. =] Good luck! This episode has some of the best acting moments by Jinyoung I swear.

See that's why the last episode was so calm because this episode is sooooo crazy, a looooot happened. And a lot more will happen, you two are in for a crazy ride. 😊😊 Btw, this episode really showed what a great actor Jinyoung is. He showed every bit of emotion that when you're watching you know where he's coming from. You actually forget that he's Jinyoung and just see him as Lee An. Not sure if someone already said this but the director of this said that he had the script for He id Psychometric for years but he just haven't found the actor to play Lee An and now you can see that Jinyoung is perfect for the role. Oh and Jinyoung is in a new drama though I'm not sure when it's gonna start, they're already shooting it though.

*Steps out from the shadows, the look of somber etched as strong lines along her face. She sighs, and her lips begin to part as she speaks, "It has come. The day is here as all will begin to unravel." LOL. Hey y'all.😂 I never left. Just been sitting back and watching everything unfold. Things are going to be picking up high speed now. Be ready for all he emotions of confusion and disbelief to take over. I won't be surprised if you start to figure out everything by yourselves before it fully revealed. Also, have a box of tissues ready. Its going to be a touch ride here on out. I can't say anything more or I might mess up and say too much. Goodbye now, I'm going back into the shadows, but know I am not gone.

Oh and I realised that my comment was gone on the day before the episode was posted I think. So that's why you didn't see it even if you recorded it on a Thursday. If you go back to episode 8 you can see that I posted the comment again after a saw that it was gone. So it is there but it was still reposted after you guys had recorded your reaction...

Wow thank you for at least reading one of my comments, I feel so honoured! 😂 And I hope everything is okay with you and your family David!!❤️ ……………………………….. I think a lot of people that has been in a situation where there has been casualties can relate to Lee An’s feelings during the first scene. It’s the survivors guilt… ……………………………….. The reason for the colour of the umbrellas is probably because Jae In always wore yellow and Lee An had his red hoodie or red jacket. So the colours symbolises them. ……………………………….. Like I commented on the last episode, no they didn’t know about their connections even if we as an audience feel like they should. It was never revealed for what crime her dad was arrested, so as Kevin said it was only written on the school wall that she was a murderers daughter. Lee An had no idea that the murders in question was the victims of the fire. Lee An never said to Jae In that his parents passed away in the fire and that he also was in it. And Jae In never said what her dad was arrested for. The only times it was mentioned was when they were with someone else or alone and never when they were together. ……………………………….. I wouldn’t say that Lee An necessarily was mad at Jae In when he found out who her father was. It’s just that all of the pent up anger and resentment surfaced and she was the only one that he could direct it at. He was only a child when the fire happened so of course he trusted that the police did their job and arrested the correct person. That’s why he didn’t believe that the father was innocent. When he read the memorise a lot of emotions surfaced at ones, anger, confusion, resentment, sadness and the love for Jae In. He didn’t know how to react at the moment and the negative emotions took over, cause it was easier for him to feel those at the moment rather than positive. He needed to be alone and that’s why he left Jae In. I wouldn’t say that how he acted was ideal but at the same time I completely understand. The fire is the reason his life is the way it is. It’s the reason his parents died and it gave him his abilities which led him to be treated badly by others. It is connected to so much negativity and hurt that I understand that he was blinded by the negative emotions instead of trying to listen to Jae In. …………………………………. I also think he was scared that if the father is innocent, he has been hating the wrong man PLUS that means the real culprit is still out there. He didn’t want the believe that all of the feelings he has had since the incident has been directed towards the wrong person. ………………………………….. What we see later, at his parents grave and when he was talking to Dae Bong, I think was a mix of confusion and shame. He is confused about how he should feel and ashamed about his actions towards Jae In. He knows deep down that she has nothing to do with it. Like he said in an earlier episode, she has nothing to do with her fathers crimes. But at that moment he couldn’t do anything else but to feel a little resentment towards her as well. That, combined with him leaving her the way he did, is what’s making him feel ashamed. …………………………………. This episode is filled with a lot of different emotions, more stuff is being revealed and connections are being made. I love the older police man at Jae In’s station and the side story with Dae Bong and So Hyun. They were the source of comedy in this episode and it was well needed. This time the comment is mostly about different feelings that the characters had. But don’t quote me on anything I said cause it’s mostly my own reasonings!!

*Episode Starts* @16:00 This time, he's the one who shook off her hand... @16:19 Is it terrible that every time I see this, I want to shout: "LEARN HOW TO WEAR YOUR SHOES PROPERLY!!!" @19:09 Kevin: "He needs to start coverin his hands." Me: "That's what he's always done..." They told him that if he wanted to develop his ability, he needed to stop avoiding contact with people. This was the first time he wore clothes that didn't guard his hands, so him putting his hands back in his pockets is symbolic... @20:25 "It looks like the rain stopped... Does that mean she just sad there until it stopped raining?" I remember thinking this the first time I saw this scene too... @54:25 Was... was that fur just now? @55:24 Honestly... I know this is supposed to be an emotional scene, but... He just looks crazy to me... Especially his eyes... It's just this shot though... @1:12:02 I just LOVE how they made the tree lights in the window look like a fire... The symbolism is AMAZING... They're connected by fire... @1:16:59 I laughed so hard (on the inside) when I realized you guys had just shot yourselves in the foot with this episode... Then again, it ending on such a dramatic cliffhanger may help you remember since you have tonwait so long to see what happens... DONE!!!! Yeah... Those slow episodes always prelude an explosion of events.... You may want comic relief, but after the explosion begins there's no stopping it... From that point on, the episodes are Not So Punny...

It's HEEEEeeeereeee!! David: "No comments today." Me: *tsk* *End of Comments* [EDIT] You know... Ida's comment disappearing was a blessing in disguise... Thanks to that, she was the only one to have her comment read this time...
