Yesterday, Namping started "promoting" Duang With You on X. He wrote, the next episode could be even funnier. (If the translation is correct, that is.) So maybe we can actually hope for a cameo from him.

2026-02-22 12:34:16 +0000 UTCi think i am totally biased but i love this show lol idk i still find it weird that we have to “assume“ who is bottom and who is top...i understand people will always be guessing and i understand that they are curious, but just to assume because of appearance...cmmon now...just because of this i checked the novel today (didn't read it all to have fun with the show), and yes it's from the novel, I was about to blame domundi lol... on the same topic: idk i wish ppl would stop assume, like we have poohpavel, now teeteepor (they said it themselves) so like i wish people could step out of this and stop being so narrow minded...we are open mindeu in this community!!! (i had this whole rant because people on social media are still going crazy and not believing it's teeteepor when they said it themselves and omg those 'fans' been dragging this forever) back on the show..idk if it's my love for por and teetee but i'm smiling every saturday lol i was genuinely sad at the end for duang too (even though the reason behind is so silly lol)...idk normally im not very fond of this kind of shows but i'm having fun with this one, can't wait for the next week!!! (damn why i always write an essay here)

I really like how Qin friends were telling him about himself. After that you could see a change on how Qin treated Duang. He started to be more nicer and sweeter towards Duang ☺️. I can’t wait for next week episode, it’s look like it’s going to be really good!😌

2026-02-21 21:56:53 +0000 UTC(i’ll add as im watching so maybe i’ll erase some things later) - duang’s condo is actually funan’s condo and funan’s staying at the house for the time being. - for qin’s family dynamic, they were pretty laid back in the novel but from duang’s perspective, qin was raised in a loving household. with qin being pretty much inexpressive with everyone alike, it gave me more of the impression that qin’s parents want to support him in whatever they think qin might be interested in, since qin doesnt say much. he did decide to go for jazz on his own, and they supported him on that, so commenting on the fragrance and the singing thing, i feel like its them guessing what qin might like as well. lets also consider that qin confessed to duang that his dream is to be a singer, which we can guess from this ep that his parents dont know about (+ there is a bit of a backstory why qin is very inexpressive, at least verbally.)

The problem is that you can tell that they don't know English enough to the point they can convey the right emotion when reciting lines. The way some sentences were delivered weren't done in the right way and tone, so that ends up making it cringy. Duang is so funny, he really said delusion is the right way of life 😂

2026-02-21 20:12:22 +0000 UTCI believe from what they tell about his last relationship, he was treated as a trophy; they even mention that the teddy 🧸 was more to show belonging, so once he was already in the relationship, it didn't work. I believe that's why he is afraid that Duan, once they start dating, won't pay attention to him anymore. Also love 🫶 that the parents are the parents, not like in "Your Sky" where the sister was more the parent there 😅
