Fun and Phoon have the same dad yes. Phoon told them everything including about his sister. He's basically just not supposed to tell Tonfah specifically so him and his parents won't know. It is mentioned in a previous episode that the dad does not want Tonfah's family to know because he respects them and for some reason it's bad if they know (they were not super clear on the actual reason yet, so I hope that becomes clear later). In the first season Dao said Phoon is like a cat, that's why he's calling him maew haha. They did mention twice this episode that Phoon is forging his handwriting which implies that Fah is at least not supposed to know. I do agree that I see that some things are not super clear for the viewers. I would have loved things like a "one year later" on screen for example. Bobby said to Fah that someone told him to give it to Fah so I'm sure Fah does not think Bobby likes him 😂
