To my understanding after the breakup, he dedicate to steal all Jiang Xiao Shuai partners, and just to have sex, never had a relationship after, and also Wu So Wei was who actually follow Chi Cheng.

2025-07-02 06:30:23 +0000 UTCSo he said he doesn’t date guys in episode 2, which means he’s most likely not over this ex-boyfriend, and the twin friend lets him borrow all his boyfriends since… out of guilt, so my overthinking mind has gathered here to suggest, whomever this ex is has both these guys under his thumb before going abroad, and he’s probably going to be back in the series to stir up the relationships that might happen in the series later. Because why else would the show bring it up🧐🙂↔️ although I don’t think the mc will care all that much but the doctor most likely will.
