Robot Girl Illustration - Patron's Choice

I know it's been a while so let's get back into things with another poll for the next illustration (hopefully people are still interested in these haha). It was tough to narrow down robot girls but I kept it to characters who I haven't drawn and characters who I might've drawn before but not in a long time. The robot ladies to choose from are:
Arcee from Transformers (state in the comments which version you prefer: Prime, Animated, G1, etc.), Aya from Green Lantern the animated series, Layer from Megaman, and XJ9 from My Life As A Teenage Robot.
