The recent Andrew Lloyd Webber series recently really reaffirmed my belief that the boys get kind of bored talking about how to adapt a certain kind of material. Other than Cats, they spend a lot of time unfocused, uninterested, and dispassionate about the movies they're covering. The main thrust of the pod, namely following an arc, is taken away. I'd much rather have a more conventional franchise or one united by a career.
