It would still be a fun time, and I'm not mad about it, but Pulp Heroes would make for a much more interesting overall miniseries, IMO.

It’ll make a great series and they know it. My theory — pulp heroes was born of the success of Burton’s Batman (which was kind of 1930s-ish) mixed with the success of Lucas’s retro stylings of Star Wars and particularly Indiana Jones. Studios somehow thought the 1930s-ness was integral to the appeal of those hit movies. That’s the miscalculation that gave us this strange run of films.

Plus Billy Zane in a full purple unitard and young undiscovered Catherine Zeta Jones. And that's just one of the fantastic offerings.
