SAW vs BLAIR WITCH
In SAW, you've got people trapped in rooms trying to figure out puzzles that involve them killing themselves / each other.
In BLAIR WITCH you've got a witch in the Maryland woods making people stare at walls. Scarier than it sounds, honestly.
One is part of the "torture porn" wave of the early aughts, lotta Iraq War / Bush Era context.
The other kicked off the "found footage" horror craze.
Which should be the final franchise to move on to round two?
