We really don’t need fiance and crazy mom plots in bl anymore, but that’s just how it is in the novel which the script of the series was based on. But i really like how they did it here, they actually did it even better than the novel. In the actual story Jin could’t read minds. So i think maybe here it will play an interesting role. Also love, LOVE Jin and Wim, it’s very rare for me, but in this show i’m obsessed with the side couple. In the novel their relationship wasn’t developed, so i hope here we’ll get what we all want. I’m excited for the rest of the showwww.

2025-02-12 10:33:42 +0000 UTCI am loving everything so far, I don’t mind the mum & fiancé stuff just as long as it doesn’t completely take over the remaining episodes, or at least can fit in with the story well. I do feel like something supernatural has to be going on though because Jin can still read minds and it’d be weird if that’s just a thing he can do lol I screamed when I saw next week’s preview lol I’m so excited!!!

2025-02-09 22:18:05 +0000 UTCIn Phu's mind Cir is still from the other world and they can't date for real, because Phu's only the substitute. Cir needs to tell him the truth asap! I kinda suspect that Cir's abusive childhood lead him to create a somewhat alternative reality in his head/dreams, where he's happy with Phu. Or if the supernatural elements are real than maybe his mind tried to escape to that other world in order to cope with his own shitshow of a life. I'm still with the show 100%. The cast list spoiled Cir's fiance from the beginning, so I knew that was coming xD

2025-02-09 20:41:26 +0000 UTCI really liked this ep. I feel like we got to know Phu's personality a lot more and just see them get closer and Phu be more comfortable with Cir . I understand your feelings about the mom and fiance plot, and agree to a degree. What I would say thou is that the controlling mom and non-existing freedom Cir has is the whole reason he started to dream about a different future with Phu instead of feeling like he was able to approach him. And what else than a arrange marriage does the mom really have on what she could order/want to do for her adult son. Sorry for the long message again :D Again I will keep the novel spoils away and just keep watching where we go :)
