Xiaobao is so ridiculous. He tries to sneak into someone’s room at night but doesn’t take off his jingly jewelry or whatever that makes him sound like that whenever he moves 😂 it’s like he’s literally wearing a bell. Huaien is still super funny too. Like you can see how he really can’t help but be charmed/taken in by Xiaobao, like he’s a fool but he’s a KIND fool! And the smile he gave when he was having fun throwing Xiaobao around, cute. Other interesting things to note, Xiaobao really has a thing for saving people, huh? Saving that one servant from human traffickers, saving his little sister from being murdered with the rest of her family, saving Huaien, saving Huaien’s very very pale bodyguard…..

He’s attacking my tsundere heart and I’m usually not into that type. I like this show and I hope it stays that way, it has a rewatchable potential.
