girls can really be like this in korea, its not shallow, society puts looks higher than anything so most(not all) just go after handsome guy cause its prestigious. also you can see that kiseob is pretty obviously on the spectrum so he wasnt cheating on purpose, he just agreed to date multiple people cause concept of love in romantic sense wasnt understood by him at this point
