They have to fight so hard for their relationship and as you say love is not enough in their case. It must be so tiring and as of now I also can't see how this will work in the end. Their different origins will always be a problem I guess. It's so sad that they can't be happy without any worries even for a short time. :( And with the initiation, I did understand it like August and that other guy had to suffer from that initiation with the gay porno and they both promised each other to put an end to this tradition, so this two were actually the ones who spoke up. Well, I somehow like August or would it be better to say I have pity on him a bit. We could see from season 1 that he has some mental issues as well but I don't think he ever got help for that. It doesn't excuse what he did but I still think there is more to it and it seems we will see it in this season.
