Totally agree with all of you, especially Xiao Jun, that Day did it for Mohk’s benefit. Was it too rushed and abrupt? Yes, but think we all know that’s the nature of Thai BLs toward the end of a series and I guess P’Aof, unfortunately, is no exception….maybe it’s written in the director’s/writer’s contract. It’s still one of the best BLs ever IMHO. Guess we’ll all just have to wait patiently until the next episode. I will be very surprised if they don’t end up together🤞.

I think Day is doing 2 things here: He's giving Mhok the chance to make something of himself. AND he's making sure that Mhok is actually choosing him. He's sending him into the world to be sure it's not pity, or boredom, or lack of options. I think Day is more insecure than people realise! The show will deliver, 100%.

2024-01-20 14:32:21 +0000 UTCI think a lot of you all missed day’s point of view. He used that excuse in order to let mhok go and chase his dreams. He feels like he is the only thing that is keeping mhok from going or just doing anything without being day his priority, which he literally says in the episode. As we can see throughout all the series, that is his perspective of people pitying him. Since he went blind all he has experienced is people pitying him, so even knowing mhok doesn’t fell pity for him he just took the opportunity to let him go. Him asking his mom if it was the right thing to do just makes it clear. Also about the “unnecessary breakup”, they both as individuals needed that in order to grow as a person. Day so that he can become more independent and really start doing things on his own. Also so he can reach to a state of mind where he can differentiate when people are feeling pity for him and when they’re not. Moreover, the family is going to spend more time together and grow closer. Mhok, on the other hand, in order to let that fear of day being in danger everytime he is not with him go. As the mother says, being a caretaker and a boyfriend are two different things. And in that state of their relationship mhok was being both and just kept being worried about day all the time, one of the reasons why being his sister loss. The break up is going to let mhok understand that day can be okay without him being all the time there and slowly his fear is going to disappear and he will be in a better state of mind. I understand where P’Aof is coming from with this episode.

In modern hospitals there are a lot of policies regarding quality and clearness of tissues for a transplant surgery. And much more. The enchantment is ruined. One episode away from the happy end with usual sh.... GGMTV! I put too much hope on you.

2024-01-19 22:13:25 +0000 UTCHe probably got an eye infection from the surgery itself/after the surgery while in the recovery period and that’s why the surgery failed. He mentioned like a 1% chance of it failing and that’s true. And because corneal transplants are pretty easy to get a donor, he really could get another donation and as long as his nerves and other structures are fine it could still work. That’s speaking from a realistic standpoint though, still no idea what they will do with the show!

2024-01-19 21:36:41 +0000 UTCLydia you were literally me during the last scene, just screaming at the screen lmao, I hate when they make the greenest flags suffer just cause their behaviour wasn't crystal clear and perfect for once...Mhok just gives and gives for months at this points and instead of talking it out in private Day aired it out and broke up with him without really listening what Mhok was saying, as if this one thing removed all of the good deeds from the past half a year. He dropped the guilt over his sister's death bomb on them and they overlooked it and left him to suffer alone...

And like that was definitely an extreme reaction from Day, he literally hurt my baby for NO reason. I swear if they give us a sad ending I will actually throw hands this has been my favourite show of all time until this scene. Anyway, you look extra pretty here lol.

We could've gone perfectly fine without this stupid Hawaii thing. I'm SO mad. They better not get together at the very end of the episode ugh. At least get them back together in part 2 lmao

I know they always try to create some conflict around this time in any series but I didn’t appreciate it this time. Why?? If the last episode is good all is forgiven tho! 🤣
