He is there on the MDL post, but that picture was like 15 years old. They really misled us that Ryu's love interest was dead though. Culture notes. That "soju" is a mistranslation. They said shochu, a Japanese alcohol usually made from potatoes or barley. Noodles at the end is a thing. If you have hotpot at a traditional Japanese restaurant, they will offer noodles for your soup after all the other dishes are finished. My guess for next week is that Mahiro is going to think Souta is just doing it out of curiosity and does not actually feel anything, so he pushes him away.
