I think the BBQ pork scene was setting up Plawan and Moodaeng. But the other thing it did was give Moodasng Plawan's contact info. Otherwise they could not have gone out to find Bamee. I enjoyed the show right from the start, but it gets better and better each episode. They really turned up the hilarious shenanigans. The shrimp fight, then the water fight in the kitchen and the tickling fight with Plawan. I was shocked when the mom got Bamee the OJ. I was happy for him, but was also wondering how one sentence from Bamee changed everything. And then... When I look at her expressions when nobody can see her, I don't think she is evil. (Not like that one other mom in another currently airing Thai BL...) A lot of people struggle raising other people's kids. And I guess the stress from that has just built and built.
