Finally getting back into a consistent gym routine again, with everything that’s been happening I completely fell off the wagon with my training and nutrition. Nothing overly bad, more so I just wasn’t eating enough, sleeping enough or training enough…I think it’s important to remind yourself at times that it’s okay to step away from things, you can’t possibly be on top of it all the time. You just have to listen to what your body needs at whatever given time, I think. It’s all about the long game and staying consistent more than not.
