If he was to resurface, I'd hope it would be somebody really prevalent in the story considering he got essentially a whole episode dedicated to him and was never seen again. Does make me wonder who Ikalgo was referring to when he said he knew somebody similar to Welfin. Could it not be a case where Togashi re-wrote that specifically to imply that Ikalgo was Gyro or was that quote from Togashi after this episode aired?
