Let’s just write a bit.
"Whew..."
After washing off sweat with Sua, I grabbed a cold juice from the fridge and drank it down. Personally, I don’t like alcohol much probably because I got sick of it thanks to Yoo Juyeon always trying to get me to drink.
Next to me, Sua popped open a can of beer and took a refreshing gulp. She might not be as much of a drinker as Juyeon, but she clearly enjoys a drink. Now that I think about it, during our first time, she’d had quite a bit of wine.
"Ahhh...!!"
Sua let out a satisfied exclamation after a big swig. Having just burned up together in the bathroom, it tasted even better. We each lounged on the living room sofa with our drinks in hand.
"Hehe..."
Maybe it was the hot shower or the alcohol, but Sua’s cheeks started to flush as she spoke to me in a soft voice.
"So, have you gotten used to living here?"
"...It’s been over a month now you ask?"
I playfully kissed Sua’s cheek. She giggled and started pinching my cheek.
"Still. I worry, you know. I hope I’m not forcing you to do anything you don’t want."
"You just showed me your love so intensely do you need to show me again?"
I grinned and reached for Sua’s chest, but she smiled and pushed my hand away.
"No. Seriously, if we do any more, I think I’ll die. Didn’t we do it more than ten times just last weekend?"
"Technically, it was thirteen. I did it three more times while you passed out."
"...No wonder my stomach feels heavier than usual."
She pinched my nose and said,
"Do you like me that much?"
"Of course."
Maybe others would be embarrassed, but I answered without hesitation. And Sua, unlike most people, wasn’t flustered either.
"Hehe, I feel the same."
After that, the conversation was pretty ordinary about Yerin’s college prep, the deepening winter cold, and my career plans.
"Just come work at my company."
"What would I even do there?"
"You could be my secretary. Manager Yoon’s moving to the Cheonan branch. She’ll be handling all the factories there, so I’m just letting her take over."
"...Was Manager Yoon your secretary before?"
"Not exactly, but kind of."
Sua chuckled and continued,
"Still, wouldn’t it be nice to be together? Master~"
"Yerin’s mom, if we’re together at work too, that could be dangerous. What if we get fired up like this?"
"Hmph..."
We kissed slowly, but didn’t let things get too heated. When one of us said no, we’d stop that was our rule. Since I moved in, Sua stopped hiding her feelings and became even more proactive, so there was nothing to worry about.
After a sweet session of kissing and cuddling, Sua started talking about work.
"Anyway, I’m really struggling this time. We focused everything on lingerie this quarter..."
"Actress Mo Yoo-jung? Still not decided?"
"It’s decided, but... honestly, designing something new isn’t easy. Plus, we had to work hard to cover up some issues with the ad concepts because of the sexual content."
"...Honestly, those ad concepts were a bit much."
"Yeah, I think so too, now that it’s over..."
Sua sighed, clearly stressed.
"So now I’m designing from scratch, and it looks like it’ll be summer or fall before it’s ready. Spring’s already in production, and summer’s tight too... Maybe we can push it with the model’s name..."
"Hahaha..."
"What’s that supposed to mean?"
She pinched my cheek playfully.
"Are you just a guy after all, huh?"
She might sound annoyed, but we both know that’s not what it means. After all, Sua is the most open-minded person about me being with other women she just doesn’t like it if I add someone without telling her.
She smiled and pinched my cheek again.
"Well, she’s married too. Has a daughter."
"Oh..."
I pretended to be surprised, but I already knew. With my preferences, there’s no way I wouldn’t know about Mo Yoo-jung. Her chest might even be bigger than Sua’s. Personally, Sua is closest to my ideal in both face and body... but if you compare, Sunhwa’s lower body is more developed, maybe thanks to some item effect. Sua’s butt is firm from exercise, while Sunhwa’s is plumper
"Hmm..."
Sua made a displeased noise and wrapped her arms around my neck.
"Thinking about other women?"
"...My bad."
"Pfft... I’m just kidding. You know I don’t get mad about that."
She relaxed her expression and said softly,
"So, are you really not interested in working at my company?"
The way she kept pushing made it clear she wanted me to get involved with that person. Still, it’s better to be sure than to get ahead of myself and make a mistake.
"Do you want me to be with her too?"
"Well... maybe. She hasn’t had a happy marriage either."
It seemed like Sua was hiding something. I didn’t press her for more. Instead, I gently tucked her hair behind her ear and whispered,
"Alright. I’ll visit the company. Even if it’s not about her, I should see you at work at least once."
"Hehe... I’ll dress up and wait for you, Master."
I’ll probably never win against Sua.
Actually, what Sua wasn’t saying was pretty significant.
After learning Sehyun’s secret, she started to sense something strange from the other women around him. She could literally feel the threads of fate connecting Sehyun to various women, and she could tell who currently held those threads.
Of course, the thickest, central thread was connected to herself she had no doubt about that. But whenever she sensed the other threads that hadn’t yet connected to Sehyun, she felt a pang in her heart.
If she’d declared she wanted Sehyun all to herself, the other threads would have faded away over time. But with Sehyun’s choices and her acceptance, she developed her ability to connect all of Sehyun’s threads.
In other words, Sua was the core that held Sehyun’s harem together.
That’s why, when she met Yoo-jung, she wanted to connect her to Sehyun as well.
Compared to the other women, Yoo-jung’s thread was just as thick maybe even as strong as Sunhwa’s. Maybe she hadn’t been able to meet Sehyun at the right time, and that’s why her marriage had been so hard. Knowing that, Sua couldn’t just leave her alone.
"Whew..."
The more she worked with Yoo-jung on projects, eating together and having drinks, the more she heard about Yoo-jung’s tough life, the more she wanted to help. If Yoo-jung had met Sehyun or her husband at the right time, she could have been as happy as we are now.
And at the same time, Sua could sense that there were no more women left. From now on, unless Sehyun chose to add more, there would be no more women suffering because they hadn’t met him soon enough.
If sweet times with Sehyun could be added to Yoo-jung’s life... maybe, just maybe, she could finally be happy.
The next day, I headed to Sua’s company a place I’d gotten used to after several visits. As soon as I arrived at the building, some of the guys greeted me.
"Oh? That’s the boss’s husband!"
Jinhyuk, who’d gotten friendly with me after picking up Sua a few times, waved. I nodded back. Jinhyuk’s a good guy. Some people got a little jealous about me and Sua, but he always congratulated us sincerely.
Since I got my powers, I’ve become more sensitive to people’s true feelings, and I don’t doubt his sincerity.
Jinhyuk took a big gulp of coffee who knows how many shots were in it and said,
"Here to see the boss?"
"Yeah... haha..."
I smiled awkwardly and pressed the elevator button.
