When I opened the door to the livestock pen, Seo-hee was still curled up in the same spot as before. 

‘Perfect timing.’ 

Seo-hee was the only livestock left in the pen. 

The others had long since gone to the collection room. 

She alone was refusing the pleasure of having her “mana” harvested. 

Step-step- 

As I walked toward the pen, Seo-hee lifted her head at the sound of my footsteps.
