GURPS101: Wildcard Races

Today's a two-fer for patrons. First up is "Wildcard Races" an idea I've had for a while that I originally slatted for Pyramid, but I don't like stuff sitting in the slushpile (there is no slushpile). Why have it sit when I could get it up on Patreon and submit MORE material to Pyramid? Anyways, it's fairly obvious: What would a "wildcard" race look like?
