Melee Academy: Reordering Initiative

I like toying around with GURPS assumptions sometimes. I rarely get to use them in my own game because when I play with the rules it's usually a "what if" vs. a "I need to patch a hole!" Today I noodle about reordering GURPS initiative with a couple of different approaches.
