Becky vs Bugs Page 1
Added 2024-05-27 13:00:14 +0000 UTCI've mentioned before how I was surprised to learn that back on Deviantart, the most popular thing I ever posted (according to likes) was Becky the Exterminatrix. This was surprising to me for a number of reasons, not the least of which was the fact that it was a really old piece done when my art style was much less refined than it is now. (Not that my art style is in its final form at the moment either, but it's much further along than it was back then, art is a journey not a destination, yadda yadda, doop-dee-doo)
I have many theories as to why this is the case: Becky had been on my Deviantart for a long time, it was nicely self contained, the blonde hair/ big tits combination is always popular, it enjoyed some crossover with the naked women and giant insect crowd, but nothing really explained it. I did a follow up image that performed respectably, but did not capture the zeitgeist in the same way, and that might have been a good indication to leave well enough alone, but I've never been one to draw for the algorithm. I draw for the heart, I draw from instinct, I draw for the tiny little elf voices on the winds as they flow through the forests and across the cold tundra to reach my ears with their ancient whispers of what breasts and butts to draw next. And something told me this Becky thing has some legs.
So I'm giving her a mini-story. It pairs nicely with the couple of Patron requests to do something else with moths as a stripping agent, so elf whispers or not, this seems like a gimmie. Anyway, hope you all like it!
