EmuDeck Windows Edition - First Beta

Our first Beta is ready for you! You can finally start using EmuDeck on your Windows machines!
It's a standalone installation so it won't mess with your current Emulators if you have any already installed.
Before installing please read and follow this instructions so you can properly configure Steam ( 5 minutes config ):

After doing that just download the attached file and run it on your PC, It will ask in what hard disk do you want to install EmuDeck and then it will create the same Emulation folder structure you already know and use on your Steam Deck.
What's on this first Beta:
- EmuDeck folder structure, roms, saves, bios, etc.
- EmulationStation DE
- Steam Rom Manager Parsers
- RetroArch ( 8 bits, 16bits, Dreamcast, Saturn, Nintendo 64 )
- Dolphin( GameCube and Wii )
- Duckstation ( Playstation )
- PCSX2 ( Playstation 2 )
- PPSSPP ( PSP)
- Cemu ( Wii U )
What's missing:
- Graphical interface: The first betas will be more like good old EmuDeck 1.0 than 2.0 as everything is going to be done using the windows shell until later.
- Customization: Right now there's no option to enable/disable shaders, bezels, widescreen hacks, etc.
- Screen resolutions optimizations: Right now all the Emulator's configurations are made for 720P displays, the idea is to support 1080P, 1440P and 4K resolutions.
- Some Emulators: RPCS3 Xenia Xemu Ryujinx Vita3K

How to update
EmuDeck will create a link on your desktop named "EmuDeck - Update Beta", just click it whenever a new version comes along to get your installation updated, keep in mind that any customizations you do to the emulators EmuDeck installs will get overwritten in each update so we recommend don't messing with them until the feature to ignore overwriting your configurations is ready later on.

2023-02-04 00:58:44 +0000 UTCI'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I ran the bat file and the script ran fine. I added my roms to the rom folder and then ran steam rom manager. I then open steam and not of my emulators run. The only one that works is emulationstation but it can find any emulators. Not sure if I'm supposed to install all the emulators on my own.

Linked my discord to patreon, I'm still lost on that, but I will figure it out. Thanks for the reply.

2023-01-09 12:52:52 +0000 UTCHola! You need to make sure you are linking your Patreon user to your Discord user. the es_settings should be in the Emulation/tools/ folder in the disk drive you told EmuDeck to install to. The installation is portable so all configurations are in that folder

2023-01-09 07:06:01 +0000 UTChi, I went to discord but couldn't find the room for donors, I have a little problem with windows installation, it doesn't detect the systems, and I can't find where the "es_settings" file is, I need to setup my own directories. I'm trying to prepare an external disk for usage on other PCs, the es_settings isn't on "%%user%%\.emulationstation" folder. Any help to locate the settings file would be appreciated. Thanks
