IMPORTANT INFO FOR APPLE USERS - PLEASE READ!

Hello Legends!

Apple made a very drastic and truly and utterly ridiculous change in how they operate with Patreon platform which really sucks because it directly affects us content creators as well as our loyal members who use these devices.

Few notes before I go into more details:

1. THE APPLE CHANGE BELOW THAT I WILL EXPLAIN IN DETAIL ONLY APPLIES TO BRAND NEW LEGENDS WHO JOIN MY PATREON SPECIFICALLY USING THEIR APPLE DEVICES FROM THIS POINT ON.

2. NON-APPLE USERS (DESKTOP, ANDROID, MOBILE WEB...etc) AS WELL AS APPLE USERS WHO ALREADY HAVE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION FROM BEFORE, WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE AT ALL.

From this November going forward, Apple will start taking a 30% fee from all creators, who produce content on Patreon. Since Apple increased this processing fee, that means that every new Apple users who subscribe to any Patreon creator starting from this November will be charged 30% more than the normal tier price. For example, if you are an Apple user and you join my main Patreon tier with your Apple device now, instead of 6$ you will be charged additional 1.8$ for their new processing fee. I am only talking about Apple fee and I am not counting in any additional standard fees into this amount because that depends on where you live as some countries have their own fees as well, and that part has been like that always. Luckily, there are few ways to avoid this fee, and all you need to do is subscribe without using an Apple device if possible. If you use desktop computer or android device or any other non-Apple device, you will NOT be charged this additional 30% fee and the price will be the same as always then. Also, since I upload my content on Patreon and SubscribeStar platforms, you can always switch over to SubscribeStar since nothing is different there and you can use your Apple device there normally, if you have no other devices/options to use on Patreon to avoid this fee. Again, Apple noted that this change does not apply to Apple users who have active Patreon subscription currently, so all Legends who already have active subscription from before will not be affected by this at all on their next scheduled payment on their Apple device.

When it comes to my Patreon and you, my Legends, this Apple fee change will heavily impact new and returning members, so the ones who canceled at some point in time and then perhaps decided to come back again. If you are one of those users, please use a non-Apple device if that is a possibility to you in order to avoid this 30% processing fee or join my SubscribeStar instead. And just one more reminder, Apple users who already have active subscription, or the ones who don't use Apple device to subscribe will not be affected by this at all and nothing is different for these Legends.

This is a really gut punching change for all of you as I know that some users only have an Apple device and no ways of avoiding this fee for Patreon platform, and as a creator who literally respects each Legend here, it truly hurts a lot to see this. But I am always prepared for any situation like this, so even though there is not much else any of us creators can do for Apple users on Pateon, at least I personally have another content platform at the ready for those Legends who want to avoid this ridiculous fee. Gotta say, In the sea of Patreon guidelines and everything, it really feels like us content creators are getting stomped on every couple of months and we cant do anything about it.
