Option 2 is the most fun and approachable (like a cartoon), and 3 sounds like your impression of Wendie Malick (Eda from the Owl House). Overall, I like 3 the most but I think 2 & 3 can be improved by tightening the pacing; less drawn out inflections. That's my opinion as a year long follower with no voice acting experience.
