Yeah Carnival Phantasm is a full blown parody of various TYPE-MOON stories written by Nasu like FSN, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, Tsukihime or Melty Blood, of course you only really know about Fate/Stay Night so you won't understand many gags but it's still more than worth it to watch the whole thing. It's a really fun show.
