Since they are anonymous I cannot see who it is, so sending me a message will allow me to see who you are so I can promptly refund you. Thank you!

kudos to you for being strong enough to look at exit surveys, I stay faaar away from that stuff because it's bad for my mental health. if anyone's tried asking me for refunds through there, well... erm... sorry I guess?? LOL
