Also, to be clear, me even bothering to mention it is more a function of your skill than anything else. Your writing is damn near perfect, so when I see something that doesn't quite fit in my mind it sticks out more than usual.

2023-04-02 00:54:45 +0000 UTCIt's been a while since I read the series, but I'm fairly sure the mystery of it was more a function of us taking Harry's perspective as he was discovering everything. That being said, this is heavily AU anyways, I wasnt worried about canon. I was more wondering at the logical inconsistency of a book purporting to describe the history of the school leaving out one of the key experiences one has there. I can see it being a tradition, but I would still expect a book on the subject to have the details for completion - kids aren't generally going to be reading that book anyways, it's not even in the syllabus.

Of course, anyone who has seen it or gone through it can easily just tell others, but what gain would they get from such a harmless little detail?

I thought that I don’t like crossovers at which two worlds are mixed, but I really liked this story, so it seems that I just didn’t read a good one until this moment. And did 4 leaders of faculties tried to read Richard’s mind or do something worse? It’s funny though that Dambigood saved him from mental attacks. Maybe Richard even didn’t need help, maybe his bullshit fanfic protagonist power can protect him from that kind of attacks. Also I am curious why is there so much hype around Holly, when there is the legendary Hannah among first years?
