Schedule Announcement and Notification Update
Added 2020-03-15 19:56:27 +0000 UTCFirstly, the schedule. The plan for right now is an LTW and a rewrite chapter today with a good chance of a SIS one.
That''ll leave one SIS and one LTW chapter for this week unfinished. I intend to do them on Monday and Tuesday respectively before getting back to the normal schedule once again.
So yeah, nothing much new there. Slightly behind as always. What's important here is the notifications.
I actually quite often get messages or comments regarding emails for updates on here. People ask me why they don't get emails if they aren't the highest tier. The answer, quite simply, is that to my understanding, I cannot selectively give out emails.
Either everyone knows that chapter x is now available to the $10 tier, chapter z is now available able to the $5 tier, and chapter y is now available to the $1 tier, or no one knows.
That means everyone gets four emails per post, as far as I am aware.
Patreon fucking sucks with explaining how everything works. Regardless, there's a very easy solution. Just join my discord server.
Becoming a patron should give you a link to follow and then the patreon bot will give you the appropriate server role. Every time I post a chapter I notify the relevant patrons of the relevant chapters.
If you are a $10 patron and you only read LTW, you will only get notifications for the $10 tier for chapters of LTW that are made available to you. You have to react with an emoji in the #subscribe-to-series channel, but that's trivial.
You can get notifications for all of my chapters or only for specific books. It's very handy.
So yeah, if notifications are a bother to you or if you just want to read chapters as soon as they come out, join the discord.
