February Update ❤️

Month two of 2023 is already here! Time flies when you’re having fun!!!

Just a quick announcement here that going forward, I plan to make these updates publicly available. There just isn’t much I share here that I’m not willing to let everyone know. That being said, I’d like to offer more frequent / smaller behind-the-scenes throughout the month for $2+ patrons, so hopefully that’s something to look forward to :)

Getting into progress updates now!

chapter one - hi, I’m still in the process of revising the first book so i can order a Big Old Batch of comics. Honestly, I was so caught up with chapter two (you’ll see why in a bit) that I continued to push those revisions off, but February will be my month to focus more on that. As a reminder, $15+ patrons will be receiving books at no cost and lower tiers will be able to buy book one for a discount ☺️

chapter two - IS DONE!! (mostly.) I do need to go back through and revise before she’s ready to go live, but like I said February will be my month to focus on those things! I will continue queuing finished scenes on a monthly basis while I work on that.

chapter THREE - is SOMEWHAT STARTED! lol I got excited and thumbnailed the first five pages, but also I want to make sure I’m dedicating time to the first two so-close-to-being-done chapters which means this next book is currently my lowest priority. Assuming I make no changes to the script (which is highly unlikely lol I'm always adding things) then you have at least 145 new pages to look forward to!!

physical perks - the VERY BELATED mailers have been prepped and are almost ready to be sent out!! I say almost because I realized while putting them together that I needed to order more postcards :’)) but you should start seeing those this month :D friendly reminder if you haven’t already done so - make sure your address is up-to-date if you’d like to start receiving your goodie bags:

1. While logged into your Patreon account, hover over your profile avatar to open the user menu
2. Click on Manage memberships from the menu list
3. Find your creator, and click the Update button under the "Shipping Address" section.
4. You can select from any shipping address already on file, or click the Add a new address option. You can also opt-out of receiving physical benefits by selecting I prefer not to receive benefits through the mail
5. Click the Save button

personal updates - I am tired of my day job! Like seriously, very, very tired of it!! I’ve started applying to some no-thoughts-head-empty jobs in the area with the hopes that lessening my responsibilities at work will boost the efforts I can expend here. Wish me luck!!

Other than that, things are pretty stable. Charli is growing up healthy, I’m ready to start putting my clothes away after my bed bug scare, and I’ve been getting into evening meditations so I’m able to fall asleep and not be completely drained by how stressful my job has been :’)
