March Update

(Belated monthly update, but I’ll explain why at the end.) Hello, lads and lasses! Hope you’re feeling lucky this month ☘️

If you haven’t already added your address so I can send you starter and/or bimonthly packages, please do so ASAP! I’m trying to get that under control after many many months of falling behind. Instructions below:

• While logged into your Patreon account, hover over your profile avatar to open the user menu
• Click on Manage memberships from the menu list
• Find your creator, and click the Update button under the "Shipping Address" section.
• You can select from any shipping address already on file, or click the Add a new address option. You can also opt-out of receiving physical benefits by selecting I prefer not to receive benefits through the mail
• Click the Save button

If you are certain I have your address and you still didn’t receive anything in February even though you made a pledge in January, please message me here or reach out to brittanyborgese@gmail.com. I can confirm whether a package was sent or add you to this month’s list.

Updated Goals!! I mentioned this last month, but I updated some of my goals. Originally, reaching my $1000/mo goal would mean getting to quit my part-time job, but since I already did that when I received my promotion I’m bumping up some goal rewards:

• $1000/mo = Double updates! Mondays and Fridays (formerly $2000)
• $3000/mo = Triple updates! Mondays, WEDNESDAYS, and Fridays (formerly $5000)
• $5000/mo = I’m going into full-time art mode, babyyy

Wanted to hold off on double updates, but tbh my queue is insane and still growing so I feel very comfortable with hitting that goal sooner than later. At this point, I’m ~$200 away!

Comic Updates At this point, up to page 50 of Chapter 2 has been lined/flatted and I’m hoping to finish most those pages this month. Plan is to start posting new sketched pages every 2 weeks and new scenes once a month, or when I’m able to.

Personal Updates So this is where I dump all the bad news. Anne had her first check up at the vet last month, and to make a long story short she has a tumor and probably less than a year left with me. I absolutely was not ready to be hit with that and can't guarantee it won't affect updates here. Just don't know what the months ahead are going to look like. The good news is, she hasn't shown any signs or symptoms that something is majorly wrong, plus she started prescription steroids this week. I just want to make sure I love the heck out of her and make the most of our time together.

Other than that, life is stable and I'm looking forward to ramping things up as you help me reach new goals. Thank you for being on this journey with me ❤️
