February Update

Wow it’s February already!! I have a not-entirely-great-not-entirely-bad update for you guys. TL;DR: I’m too busy to do much of anything besides work on comics LOL

Personal Updates

Starting off with the personal business since that’s going to affect a lot of things in the immediate future :’)

I’m fully immersed in two jobs now and it is HECTIC. My apartment application was also approved so I'm right in the middle of moving the hell outta my house. By next weekend, all my shit will be in my new place!! Which is to say, I won't have a lot of free time this upcoming month. I don't expect to have as many updates outside of comics in the near future (especially in February/March), but I should at least be able to keep those up consistently. (The one nice thing about my full-time job is being able to use my lunch to flat/shade pages haha)

I mentioned this before, but there are plenty of other things I would love to offer here that I just need more time for. At the very least, I’ll need to leave my part-time job to get back some of my weekends and evenings. In the meantime, I updated my Patreon Goals so you have a sense of what I hope to offer someday, but for now this place is going to be preview/behind-the-scenes central :')

New pages are coming

Speaking of previews, I’ve been working on lots of new pages!! I’ll have a new set of sketched pages and another fully finished scene out this month. Will keep you posted on whether or not I’ll have another scene by March, but my goal is to post those on a bi-monthly basis anyway. Big goal is still to finish Chapter One this year, so fingers crossed!

I'm still taking forever to mail things out

Was not expecting to move forward so quickly on the new apartment, so Patreon packages took a backseat this week. Too focused on packing my own shit up! If you were supporting me in December/January, I added an extra sticker to your mailer since I'm making you wait so long LOL. Fortunately, once I'm settled in more with my new life these delays shouldn't happen!! Especially not when I have a cool art office to get shit done in ;))

I also hope to start working on a print/sticker for $15+ patrons that will go out in March. I’ll let everyone help come up with a theme since I’ll be posting digital versions for all patrons!

Other than that, my life is just workworkwork. I hope to have much nicer updates for you guys in a few months (I’ll be able to apply for promotions this Spring and I’m dyyyyying to get a single job that pays the bills).
