Hey guys! You remember how I promised all patrons who pledged last month will receive a postcard in the mail? This is the form for you to fill out in order to make that happen!

Important notes:

Please fill this out by the end of May 2018 so I know how many postcards to order
If you're concerned about your current address changing, let me know (either send me a private message or email me kippydraw@gmail.com) and I'll reserve a postcard for you until you have a stable address. I can hold your card for as long as necessary.
I'll make a post once the cards are sent out so you have an idea of when to expect them. If it seems to be taking too long, you can just send me a message.
You are not obligated to fill this out, but not doing so means you won't receive a postcard. (I'll only use this form to send out cards, and then I'll delete the responses. Your safety and privacy is a huge concern of mine!!)
I was going to personally send this form out to patrons whose pledges went through, but I figured I'd just post it and sort out who paid and who didn't later. I'd prefer it if you only fill the form out if you were a patron in March 2018 or before, but keep in mind that I'll be filtering out anyone who wasn't. Sorry about that! You can hitch a ride on the next big reward, I promise <3
If you were a patron in March but did not plan to stick around, you can delete your pledge this month and still receive a postcard
