I'm on Alyssa's side with eating sugars so much she can't tell when something is sweet. For the last year I have been trying to severely limit my sugar intake. Only treats on very special occasions. I notice an incredible difference in my taste pallete since it's been so long of cutting sweets out. I'd used to be able to eat the most sweet stuff that other people didn't like because it was so sweet and I never knew what they were talking about. Now I know and I actually have the ability to stop myself from binging sweets because there is in fact a limit lol

I have noticed a difference in Zach’s comedic delivery in the more public videos he’s featured in. He seems scared to full send his dark humor now. Maybe I’m buying too much into things, but people’s accusations about a VERY serious topic seem to be preventing Zach from feeling comfortable to full send. He jokes a lot more about his deteriorating mental health. It’s sad, man. He’s said some outlandish stuff and from what I’ve seen of the “evidence” of him grooming Indiana (insta post comments), everything seems relatively mild.

As someone who is struggling with mental health for years, I empathies with you Zach and I know how it feels. Im proud of you for showing up everyday and trying your best to work on your dreams. It sucks that you areexposed to millions of opinions of people who dont really know the true you , but they decide to make judgements anyway. If One person, makes pre judgements on me without letting me defend myself, will break me really hard and I will not be able to leave my room. Im saying this beacause after that many feedbacks u are receiving, you are still showing up to your work and putting a amile on our faces, I see that you have a lot of will power and determination wich many of us lack, and I appload you for it. Just take it day by day, and try to do tiny bitty efforts each day until you feel okay. Each tiny bity effort matter in these days and dont feel guilty for not going in the same speed as before.Be easy on yourself, and give yourself so much grace and love because your body is trying to heal. We are here with you and we know you have good intensions with a twisted sens of humor hahaha which tickles my brain with unexpected joke turns. The fact that it’s also “on the internet” that Indiana absolutely put Zach AND Jared through hell throughout their relationship should also be talked about. Girls like to talk about trauma bonding but only when it comes to people they can closely relate to. The fact that Zach has been emotionally scarred from his relationship with Indiana and now has to fight for his reputation and is being accused of grooming the person who probably put him through hell is absolutely terrible and I hope that people will actually recognize that.

with elisa and her body dis-morphia, rather than looking in a mirror for you progress, use scales and depending on your goal, if you wanna gain weight or loose weight or stay the same, just go off the scales, then set a time period for your goal and when you get to that time thats when you can look in a mirror, for your body at least lol, i dont mean dont look in any mirrors, amd i promise youll be amazed by how good you see your progress, its because you dont get used to what your body looks like as you go so when you see 1 month or 6 months of progress in one go you really notice it
