[ Ifaron / Wriolette ] Comic preview

Finally sharing some previews of the much anticipated comic featuring these four!! I had different ideas for how the plot could unfold and in the end I went for the one which was your favorite, too!! 🤭💦

I initially wanted to draw only 2 pages, then they turned into 4... I think they're going to end up being 6-7 pages! 🙈 I haven't been working on anything alse simultaneously because I would like to complete this by the end of the month, then I want to move on to HSR and other ships!!

Art ramble below; warning so you don't have to read it all haha

Past week was mentally and artistically; I felt my art was worthless and I haven't been able to appreciate anything I completed, deeming it mediocre and stressing over quality, quantity and performance. My connection to my productions was lowest than ever. Art is my comfort space and I found myself escaping from it which was scary; I've been gaming a lot to seek inspiration or anesthetized myself using TV series as background noise as I forced my hand to pick up the pen and get something done. I know that when I get the ball rolling I eventually find my way back to art, and it worked, but the connection was fragile and not fulfilling.

Today it's passing, so no worries, although it's gonna take me a couple more days and illustrations to get of of these bad feelings I've been swamped in and I admittedly feel guilty for not being as productive as usual... I tried my best, got just a little done though.

Yesterday evening I forced myself to start with a doodle that was supposed to be a warm up but took me hours. Didn't even struggle I just... got lost, so many times, while continuously loosing focus because at that point anxiety had also gotten me sleep-deprived. What matter is, I like the outcome!

This was fun and brought me joy, which was much needed, as well as reminding me art can always save me. Not only art - you can, you do, many times. Your presence and support sustains me and encourages me not to drown in negativity, but it also taught me a little tolerance when I struggle with self-imposed deadlines and productivity standards; as I begin thinking "I must apologize for not posting as much" I remember of all the times I had done it and was met with many "it's ok to take breaks - and stay hydrated!" haha 💜

Seriously, this art journey with you made me grow a lot as a person and as an artist, and blessed me an amazing community, so thank you!! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
